How to get worse, and get behind in life

Before going ahead with this, you need to make up your mind. You need to believe that this is what you want. Half-assery in this will only get you half-ass results.

There is undiscovered, untapped potential inside of you. Seek it, see it and seize it.

So, here are the 7 proven ways to get worse, and get behind in life.

#1. Sleep schedule

The biggest hurdle in fucking up your head almost permanently is getting proper sleep. Not just the mind, the entire body and its organs require six to eight hours of sleep to function properly. To overcome this uncalled-for regulation, unsettle your sleeping schedule daily. Wait till the lights in the neighborhood die out, wait till the shrilling noise from television sets and annoying music from portable speakers die out, and then embrace the chain of thoughts that normies would like to avoid (more on that later).

To add some flavor in the ongoing mix, you could get a 20 to 30 minutes of improper nap that would further help you in staying up late. You could also add in the element of surprise i.e., one tiring night, you could get into a deep slumber before midnight, and the next night stay up till the rise of dawn, and on the next, lie down at around 3 after midnight. This way the mind would not be able to competently coordinate a sleep-wake cycle, and soon enough you will be out of the loop.

#2. Diet

As popularized by the great gurus of our generation, (for real, it was undiscovered before they brought it to our attention) a good diet is the most important thing to prioritize for a healthy lifestyle. You need to go just in the opposite direction.

It is one of the easiest tasks though. Just skip meals. Eat unhealthy. When hungry, suppress it by liquid diet. And, like the number 1 point, surprise your gut by eating at different times daily.

#3. Chase someone who is not attracted to you

Now, let us go a bit deeper, and touch upon the subconscious and psychological levels.

Chase someone who is obviously not attracted to you. Call them, text them, keep reminding them of your existence even when they are clearly into and are attracted to a ‘friend’, an ex or anyone else but you.

Side-note: Do not untangle the unresolved psychological issues by reminding yourself that you cannot force a person into being into you, or that it is their choice. Instead, remind yourself how inadequate you are, how unbecoming, how unlikeable. It could be ’cause of your appearance, your body, the things you choose to talk about, the things you choose to spend time on, the things that keep you up and running.

Look into the mirror and laugh, and stress hard over how unattractive you are.

#4. Contemplate why you are not good enough

You see? We are diving deeper as we go.

Now is the time for actualization, contemplation. Wherever you are, doing whatever, close your eyes, or not, totally up to you, and think of all the reasons that make you inadequate. To get a better grasp over this way to get worse, you could list all the reasons and write them down.

The best place for such contemplations is the balcony or the terrace. March up and down, and remind yourself you are not good enough.

#5. Say no to productivity

To reach the full potential of your mind, to see how far it can go from the ‘normal’ state, do not let it have at any sense of purpose. Go by day after day purposelessly.

Ignore all the people around you, on social media, over calls who tell you that you need to do something productive, something at least. Be brave, be adamant.

On some weaker days, you might find a fruiting craving that would try to push you to the other side, the lighter side, where you would want to make something, create something. Crush that craving. Throw it to the floor, kick it, jump on it, crush it.

#6. Do not block the chain of thoughts

One of the most important ways to get worse is to be able to let in the chain of thoughts, whenever they come. Instead, close your eyes, for real, and embrace them.

Give extra time and care to each thought, fondle them and while it is time to not sleep, cuddle them as you lie down on your bed.

#7. Repeat

The final step in achieving the great worse is to repeat all the steps that came before. Fuck up your sleep schedule, take improper diet, chase someone who is attracted to someone else, list the reasons you are not good enough, do not dare to do anything productive, and do not block the chain of thoughts, and then repeat it day after day after day.

And, now, repeat with me, I can get worse. I can get worse. I can get worse.
